1-2 DAY TURN-AROUND TIME

ON MOST ASSIGNMENTS

INSPECTION PROTOCOL

  • Roof-top inspection of roof covering, flashings, vents, skylights, and more

  • Review the age and overall condition of the roof covering

  • Determine presence of hail/wind damage to the roof covering and accessories 

  • Identify non-weather-related issues to the roof covering

  • Cursory inspection of exterior, fencing, and personal property for collateral storm damage

  • Up to 10 photographs of roof conditions/issues

  • Repair or replacement estimate provided by a roofing contractor partner

  • Option for a 5-year roof certification (additional cost)

  • In-depth verbal review of inspection results
